Accounts, Family Share, Market
Linked accounts keep Market,
mailbox,
trading,
and chat; unlinked accounts cannot trade. That is an account identity problem,
not a loot filter.
Tarethiel Market in Mos'Arathim is the listing board once the link exists. Season
10 reworked those filters. Season 9 notes say items and gold are 100%
server-authoritative to block duping. If trading is greyed out,
finish PanicNet before filing a market bug.

Do I need to link Steam to PanicNet?
From Season 7,
Hero Siege prompts PanicNet account linking to Steam or Google Play. Linked accounts keep Market,
mailbox,
trading,
and chat. Unlinked accounts cannot trade,
even if campaign and Wormholes still run. Finish the link on the Steam or Google Play ID you actually play before you list in Mos'Arathim. The Hero Siege Portal devlog is the first-party source for those limits.
Why is Steam Family Share disabled?
Official Steam news says Family Share was disabled because it was exploited to bypass bans. Previously shared users may need to re-link PAS accounts to personal Steam accounts. A shared library seat is not a substitute for a linked PanicNet ID on the account that owns the ban history. Treat this as a permanent policy in current notes,
not a toggle in settings.
Does Hero Siege sell power?
Steam store copy says the team never sells gameplay advantages. Class DLC historically gated some characters; Season
10 news made Act 8
and four previously paid classes free and described a shift away from pay-to-play classes. November
2025
news said the studio is moving away from excessive pay-to-play class content after a decade without a long-term monetization plan. Wormholes still pay out cosmetics rather than combat power.

When did Season 10 start and what is Ebontharn?
Season 10 launched 21 August 2026. Ebontharn is Act 9, a free campaign act after Odin in Act 8,
plus the Abyssal Chest seasonal mechanic and market work. Four classes became free:
Marauder,
Plague Doctor,
Shield Lancer,
and J
ötunn. Relic Storage and 24
new uniques shipped on the same patch. Steam news and
playherosiege.com both call the season Ebontharn.
Can I play on Mac?
Steam
platforms.mac is currently false. PCGamingWiki records the OS X build as discontinued. Linux and Windows remain listed:

Are login queues a known issue?

feature. If a queue appears at a later season launch,
the first-party precedent is already in those Season

The official website carousel lists 24
named classes. Steam store copy still says
23. Season 10
made four previously paid classes free. This roster treats
24
named official-site classes as the list and notes the Steam count mismatch once. Viking and Prophet are the two names with first-party blurbs in the capture; the other description fields were empty in official JS.
